STOKKE Stroller Set-Up

As mentioned in previous posts, I'll be doing lots of baby product reviews this winter and spring. So we were pretty excited when our first stroller – the Stokke Xplory – arrived in the mail. We purchased the Stokke Sleepi crib and changing table for our nursery nook (bought from here), so we've been big fans of the brand for quite awhile. Birthday Dinner in NYC

So, yesterday was my birthday. We usually make a big to-do of our birthdays with either a trip or fun activity (last year I was at Disney with my family, and we recently saw Warhorse for my husband's special day...) But this year, being as massively pregnant as I am, my main goal was to relax. I slept in nice and late, did some writing, attended a prenatal yoga class, and then we went down to the West Village for an upscale dinner (and to experience the first night of NYC's Restaurant Week!). Diamond Resorts Press Event

On Tuesday I was invited by Diamond Resorts to attend a press event at Eleanor Bunin Monroe Theater in Lincoln Center. Truthfully, I have never stayed at a Diamond Resorts property and did not know much about the company prior to the event. But it was shared with me that the CEO, Stephen Cloobeck, recently went undercover in his own company for the CBS show Undercover Boss... and since I've been a long-time fan of the television series, I was intrigued to learn more about Mr. Cloobeck's experience and how they would in turn impact Diamond Resorts properties, employees, and customers...
