Hotel Review: Anse Chastanet

As mentioned in my post yesterday, we stayed at two different resorts during our St. Lucia vacation. After our time in Castries (the capital), we took a taxi down the island to the fishing village of Soufriere, a beautiful place with the dramatic backdrop of the Pitons.
