A few months ago we made the commitment to eat more greens, and so we purchased a Vitamix and have a daily smoothie or juice. This is one of my new favorite recipes... It's easy to adjust the ingredients to taste, but just be sure to keep the kale, spinach, pineapple, and Young Living peppermint essential oil. This is of my favorite combos – it's got a refreshing taste that's not too sweet or leafy. Add a little more water if you want a thinner consistency and enjoy!
